Eagles Nest Return Refund Policy

The following Refund and Return Policy refers to in-store or online purchases from the Eagles Nest. 

The John F. Kennedy Catholic School Eagles Nest guarantees the quality of our products in our store and on our website. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 14 days to make an exchange or return. An original receipt is required, and items must be in new condition with all original packaging. Refunds will be in the original form of tender. 

All sale and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Returns and exchanges without proof of purchase will not be accepted. Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments for any reason.

Please bring the purchased product(s) with the original receipt to the Eagles Nest, located at the Upper Campus (2550 Central Parkway SE, Warren, Ohio 44484) within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment; if you used a credit card, please bring that card with you. 

If you need to exchange an item, please bring it to the Eagles Nest, located at the Upper Campus (2550 Central Parkway SE, Warren, Ohio 44484), within 14 days of purchase, along with the original receipt and the original form of payment.
